This website is published by Precision Attorneys (Reg. 2024/413984/07), 69 Hill Street, Stutterheim, Eastern Cape. The content on it is general information about our areas of practice. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as advice for your own circumstances.
An attorney-client relationship only begins once Precision Attorneys has agreed to act for you. Reading this website, completing the contact form, calling us or sending us a WhatsApp message does not on its own make us your attorneys.
Every matter turns on its own facts, and we cannot promise any particular outcome. Before you act, or decide not to act, on anything you have read here, please speak to us about your situation.
2. Privacy and POPIA notice
Precision Attorneys respects your privacy and handles your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This notice explains what the contact form on this website collects and what we do with it.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form we ask for the following, which you give us directly:
- Your name.
- Your phone number.
- The area of practice your matter relates to.
- A short description of your matter, in your own words.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to talk to you about your matter. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing. The form asks you to tick a consent box before your message is sent.
How your message reaches us
The contact form does not store your details on this website. When you send it, it opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send to our number, 077 469 9969. Your message is then carried by WhatsApp, which handles it under its own privacy terms. You can also contact us directly on 043 683 1028 or 077 469 9969.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. To make any of these requests, please call us on 043 683 1028 or 077 469 9969, or email info@precision-attorneys.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.
