Why we are here
Legal problems rarely arrive at a convenient time. A death in the family, an arrest, a dispute or a visa deadline can leave you unsure of what to do next.
Precision Attorneys is a Stutterheim firm, established in 2024. We take the time to explain where you stand in plain language, set out the options open to you, and confirm in writing before we act on your behalf, so you can decide on the next step with a clear picture.
What we do
Five areas of practice.
Every matter is different, but most begin the same way: a consultation where we listen, explain the law that applies and set out your options. These are the areas we practise in.
Administration of Deceased Estates
When someone passes away, their estate has to be reported to the Master of the High Court, an executor appointed, assets and debts listed, and the estate wound up and distributed to the heirs. We assist families and executors through each stage.
Criminal Matters
From the first court appearance and bail applications to representation at trial. If you or a family member has been arrested or charged, it helps to speak to an attorney as early as possible.
Civil Litigation
Disputes over money, contracts, property or damages, whether you are bringing a claim or defending one that has been brought against you: from a letter of demand through to pleadings and court.
Wills and Estate Planning
A valid will sets out who inherits, who acts as executor and who looks after minor children. Estate planning looks at how your assets will pass on, so that things are simpler for the people you leave behind.
Immigration Law
Visa and permit applications under South Africa’s immigration law, and appeals where an application has been refused.
